Scarboro Toyota are proud to work with the following organisations.
Lachie Samuels – FIFO Mental Health Guy
“My mission over the next 10 years is to make mining the healthiest industry, mentally and emotionally in Australia.
This is why I started the FIFO Mental Health Summit, as well as the association for Mental Health in Mining. These allow me to shine a light on solutions that have been tested, as well as those that have potential, which I believe will reduce the time wasted on testing and iterating within mining organisations. Within my own work, I see myself scaling my business, finding ex FIFO workers who derive a sense of meaning and purpose from stepping back in and providing education and support around FIFO mental health.” – Lachie Samuels.
Scarboro Toyota are proud sponsors of Lachie Samuels supplying him with a Toyota Hilux. You may have spotted the “Purple Ute” around town.
Youth Futures
At the heart of Youth Futures is the steadfast belief that all young people matter, regardless of their circumstances. For over 30 years Youth Futures have been empowering young West Australians marginalised by adversity, ensuring they have the opportunities, skills and support needed to thrive. This ranges from safe accommodation and mental health support, to providing students with an alternative to mainstream school. Scarboro Toyota proudly supports the Pipeline Challenge each May, a 5 day mountain bike ride that raises money for young mums at risk of losing custody of their baby due to homelessness or unsafe living conditions such as domestic violence. The team also hold a Christmas Cheer collection to make Christmas brighter for young people in need.
Osborne Park Bowls Club
The Osborne Park Bowling Club, established in 1956, is one of Western Australia's premier bowls clubs.
It boasts 4 of the best grass greens in WA and is often selected to host state-level competitions. But its more than just about the bowls at OPBC – it's a hub for the local community. They are all about bringing people together for good times, offering full bar facilities with drinks at club prices (and happy hours!), a bistro offering bar snacks and meal options and a variety of recreational activities such as pool, darts and, of course, bowls! Social nights, club events, money boards and meat raffles are also regular features. OPBC is also a great place to hold your own event, whether it be a milestone birthday, corporate function, engagement party or even a wedding. With full audio-visual facilities, a dance floor and a variety of indoor and alfresco areas to choose from, there is bound to be a space to suit your function. BBQ facilities and on-site catering are also available. Scarboro Toyota are proud sponsors of OPBC.

Newborough Primary School – Karrinyup
Each year, Scarboro Toyota works with Newborough Primary School to support their National Tree Day activities with donation of Shirts, Hats and Gloves for students and staff. In 2022, Newborough Primary planted 60 Banksias around the edge of the Nature Playground. This project has been funded by a grant for $8,000 by the Federal Government's Queens Jubilee Tree Planting Program. Scarboro Toyota look forward to the Tree Planting events held at NPS each year and are proud to be involved.
